This Mug seemed perfect when I opened it. Ideal shape. When I made a cup of coffee, it was easy to hold like my old Mug. Didn’t feel extra hot from the outside but the tea was defiantly hot. My old Mug holds 13 ounces like this, which I wanted. Good One!
