Saw these plushies on Northlandz’s feed and couldn’t resist. The online store made checkout easy, and now I’ve got the cutest pink koala ever.
Every time my son hugs his blue plush, we’re reminded of our fun visit to Northlandz. Grateful I could complete the set online.
We celebrated our son’s second birthday at Northlandz, and let me tell you — the frog koala plush from the gift shop was the unexpected star of the day. He’s a shy little guy, but as soon as he saw that big-eyed green plush, he hugged it tight and wouldn’t put it down. We named it “Ribbit,” and it was in every photo. Later that week, I ordered the blue and pink versions online to complete his “koala family.” Northlandz made the whole process easy. These plush toys are soft, unique, and surprisingly comforting for toddlers!
I wanted to give something different at my cousin’s baby shower — not another blanket or onesie. I remembered seeing these quirky koala plushies in animal costumes during my last trip to Northlandz. I ordered the pink and green ones online, wrapped them in tissue with a sweet “Welcome to the world!” tag, and placed them in a basket. Everyone at the shower asked where I found them. Northlandz might be known for model trains, but their plush toy line is top-tier for cute, thoughtful baby gifts!
I was visiting New Jersey from Arizona and found Northlandz on a list of unique places to visit. The museum was fantastic, but the gift shop caught me off guard in the best way. I picked up the frog koala plush because it looked so goofy and expressive, and I wanted a souvenir that wasn’t just a magnet or postcard. I ended up naming it “Jersey Hopper” and taking photos of it at every stop on the rest of my trip! Months later, I ordered the other two online just to keep the fun going.
We took our homeschool co-op group to Northlandz in the spring. The kids loved the trains, but they really loved the gift shop at the end. One student used her own allowance to buy the pink koala plush, and the others were so envious that their parents all ordered versions online afterward. The plush became a “club mascot” in a way, they bring it to co-op meetings and take turns “hosting” it at their houses each week. Who knew one little plush toy could spark such fun and connection?
This precious koala bear is so soft and cute. Seems well-made and sturdy. Good value. It would make a great gift for a child or for an adult who likes bears.
I bought this koala for my son, who is 26 years old. It was a gift. When he was a kid, he had one like this and I threw it in the trash. He was mad at me. I wanted to please him by giving him my koala. He sleeps with it.
This Easter, I decided to skip the sugary overload and focus on cute, long-lasting gifts for my grandkids. I had visited Northlandz with my husband earlier in the year and remembered those adorable koala plush toys. I ordered all three online — the pink, green, and blue ones — and placed one in each Easter basket. The kids immediately fell in love and named them “Eggy,” “Carrot,” and “Peep.” Not only were they soft and unique, but they reminded us of the amazing time we had at Northlandz. The best part? No chocolate stains!
Though I did find the small stuffie pricey for its size, it is very well made and will be loved by my granddaughter.
